The Kapitol Klowns is a not for profit organization for clowns in the Maryland / Washington, DC area. Members of the Kapitol Klowns provide community service by offering their clown services to other nonprofit organizations and by participating in area parades. The Kapitol Klowns provides its members with a social network and learning opportunities to grow their skills.

The Kapitol Klowns are a member of Clowns of America, International as COAI Alley #6.
